This is a very unique product, and is absolutely tasty! I tried it as written on the package, which stated to add avocado oil, salt, and Italian seasoning. I didn't have avocado oil, so used extra virgin olive oil instead, and it was delicious with the Italian seasoning and garlic salt which I used. I was surprised that the texture stayed fairly firm without getting mushy, and was very similar to well-prepared couscous. Great for those who are gluten-free or grain-free!
